Who says books are all about boring writings and reading. We'll introduce to you what creative reading are all about! Our blog is mainly about books that feature hobbies that most people seem to care less about!

Origami

In the same trip to Kangar's library, we also found some books about origami.

AMAZING ORIGAMI

This book taught us a lot on how much paper can do by just adding a few folds to them. It teaches step-by-step how one can make from simple to complicated paper crafts. Some of the crafts in the book includes the shooting star and some cube variations.

This book contains very simple designs, more suitable for beginners than experts. We thought that the book had rather too little design, the 2nd book we found however, gave us a totally different impression!

THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF ORIGAMI

This book on a different hand, had more attractive designs and is made for the experts. Looking at the designs made us tempted to try out doing the project ourselves! Well, some of the designs in this book can be made for decoration, for example the flowers and the animals.

Origami in fact originates from the ancient Japanese art, therefore by doing these projects, one can experience the delight of the ancient Japanese art. Besides training our folding skills, origami also trains our patience in the process of completing the project. Therefore, the complicated project in this book actually teaches us a lot doesn't it?
